Shipping policy

We offer FREE SHIPPING on your first order and all orders above R500. To receive the FREE SHIPPING discount code, please sign up to our mailing list in the website footer.

 

Products are shipped through our delivery partner. There are 2 options offered:

• Locker to Locker: your order will be sent to a Pudo Locker closest to you. You can find the location of Pudo lockers here. You will be sent a code that can be used to open the locker. You need to pick up your package within 36 hours following the notification with the PIN code, otherwise the package will be sent back to the closest pudo Kiosk or Depot. 
  When making an order, please enter the location of your closest Pudo locker in the address.
• Deliver to Door: your order will be delivered to your home. This may not work for rural locations or addresses that are hard to find.

We recommend using the 'Locker to Locker' option as its convenient and you don't need to be home for the delivery. 

Shipping is set at a flat rate depending on weight and size as set out by the shipping agent and shown at the time of checkout. We strive to complete delivery within 3-5 business days of the order being placed. But there may be unforeseen delays out of our control.
